Too Many Volunteers

We’ve had a few events where we had too many volunteers. Our truck arrives at a parking lot to collect electronics at a recycling event, and we have lots of people from our partner charity there to help. Usually, everybody’s just happy to be there and participating, and they don’t notice there are too many people, at least right away. After an hour or two, a few people tend to leave, so it usually works out well.

Lots of volunteers can make a good social event out of it too, so – in some ways – we can’t have too many volunteers.
